1. 프로그램소개
프리즌 브레이크는 영화 ‘쇼생크 탈출’의 희망과 우정, ‘더록’에서 느낄 수 있었던 팽팽한 긴장감과
스펙타클을 동시에 즐길 수 있는 TV 시리즈이다. 구조학에 탁월한 주인공 마이클 스코필드는 부통령 동생 살인 누명을 쓰고 사형의 위기에 처한 형을 탈옥시키기 위해 몸 전체에 교도소의 지도를 문신으로 새기고의도적으로 은행강도를 저질러 형이 있는 감옥에 수감된다. 기발한 줄거리와 흥미 넘치는 탈옥계획, 수많은 난관들을 극복해가는 이야기들이 회를 거듭할수록 긴장감을 더한다. 국내에서도 이미 열혈 마니아가 다수 형성되어 있는 기대작으로, 미국 방영 당시, 시청자들의 폭발적인 반응으로 인해 13회 방송 예정이던 프로그램이 22회로 연장되기도 했다. 또한, X-3, 러시아워, 레드 드래곤 등을 감독한 브렛 레트너가 파일럿을 제작했을 뿐 아니라 제작자로 참여했다.
PS. 시즌1은 완료되었고, 현재 시즌2 16부까지 나온상태이다.
처음 시즌1을 볼때 그 몰입감은 대단했었다, 평소에 미국드라마를 즐겨보지 않았기때문에
대충보고 말려다가 일주일만에 시즌1을 다 보았다, 정말 시나리오가 어떻게 저렇게 나오지
라는 감탄과 함께 그 배우들의 개성들이 한층 더 보는 재미를 높여주었던것 같다.
